Bella Forme was envisioned and incorporated in 2006 as a very real opportunity to build a unique business that combines new trends in low-impact exercise, proven technology, nutrition, and sound wellness practices. 

Our vision is to be the leader in providing high quality, innovative services that play an important role in significantly improving the health and wellbeing of both body and spirit of each and every client.

Our niche business model straddles the gap between pure fitness related businesses, (e.g., gyms, fitness clubs, personal training) and wellness centers (physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, health spas). Our focus is on providing a unique alternative to traditional fitness activities such as strenuous cardio exercise, weight lifting and long workouts. Our clients are proof of the great results that have been realized in the areas of body toning, cellulite reduction, moderate weight loss, and improved circulation and mobility.

While Bella Forme salons are open to everyone, our target market is women between the ages of 35 and 65.  Our clientele will be people that are not regular gym goers, but are concerned about their health and relative level of physical fitness.  Many of our clients come to us out of frustration over feeling and looking older. At the same time, they feel daunted by traditional exercise methods and dieting.  They are more concerned with toning their physique, increasing their level of energy and generally feeling better than they are about obtaining that “hard body”, or achieving peak physical condition.  Fortunately for Bella Forme, this represents the vast majority of people.
